What is the painful menstruation?


In the pain of the menstrual cycle, there is cramped pain in the lower abdomen. A woman may have severe pain that comes and goes, or can cause pain in the stomach. These can cause back pain. Pain can start several days before and it can happen even before menstruation. It usually ends when menstrual bleeding decreases.
What treatment can you do on home painful menstruation?


The following treatment may be that you can save on prescription drugs.

(1) Heat the lower part of your abdomen (below the navel). Keep in mind that the baking pads are not kept in sleep. (2) Take a bath with warm water. (3) Drink hot drinks only. (4) Massage the round goal with the fingers of your fingers around the lower abdomen. (5) Take a walk or exercise regularly and exercise the range in it. This will help the doctor not only to get the correct diagnosis, but also help in the proper treatment method. (4) Appropriate relaxation is also important.

When should you consult a doctor for painful menstruation?

If self-treatment is not correct for three months or if there is a large blood clot, then the doctor should consult. If the pain begins more than five days before the menstruation and after the menstruation, then the doctor should also go.
